AI email coach that scores sales emails in real time and shows reps exactly what to fix to earn more replies.

Lavender takes the opposite approach to most AI sales tools. Instead of generating hundreds of templated emails, it acts as a writing coach: as a rep types, Lavender scores the email from 0 to 100 and flags what statistically hurts reply rates โ long paragraphs, too many โIโ statements, weak subject lines, walls of text on mobile. The recommendations come from analysis of millions of real sales emails, not generic writing rules.
That coaching angle is what separates it from Instantly or Smartlead, which optimize for volume. Lavender optimizes the individual email, which makes it a natural companion to those platforms rather than a replacement. It sits inside the tools reps already use โ Gmail, Outlook, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot โ as a sidebar in the compose window.
The second half of the product is the personalization assistant. Before writing, Lavender surfaces the prospectโs LinkedIn activity, company news, funding events, and tech stack next to the email, so research that once took ten minutes of tab-hopping happens in one place. Managers get team dashboards showing whose emails score well and which coaching points come up repeatedly.
SDRs and account executives who send targeted, researched outreach rather than mass blasts; sales managers who want data on why some reps get replies and others donโt; and job seekers writing cold applications, who get it free.
Lavender improves emails one at a time, so it wonโt help if your strategy is 1,000 sends a day โ pair it with a sequencer instead. The per-seat cost is hard to justify for teams that mostly send templated sequences, and some users find the Gmail extension adds noticeable load time.
